Office Assistant – Part Time

Schedule – 20 hours per week

Reports to – Human Resource Director

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to team members
  • Greets visitors and notifies appropriate person
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and provide appropriate information to callers as well as handling outgoing phone calls as necessary
  • Filing as needed
  • Preparing and updating Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed


  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
