Debbie Orszulak
HR Manager
Debbie Orzulak is a Human Resource Manager at ARI. Before joining ARI, Debbie was the HR Manager for United Steel Inc. where she led performance management, employee engagement, and employee training activities. She also managed all HR functions and provided strategic business partner services while participating on the leadership team. Prior to United Steel, Debbie worked at Dur-A-Flex, Inc. for five years as their Human Resource Business Partner. At Dur-A-Flex, she collaborated with executive leadership team members in areas such as organizational assessment, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Debbie earned a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Human Resources Management at McDaniel College.
In her free time, Debbie enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and volunteering for animal rescues.
