Nicholina Damms

Nicholina is an HR Generalist with several years of Human Resources experience. Prior to joining ARI, Nicholina worked for Target Stores as the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at two store locations. In this position she was tasked with managing all HR functions and programs for more than 250 employees with a focus on recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.

Nicholina graduated from Westfield State University with a Bachelor of Arts double major in Psychology and Sociology. Nicholina is currently pursuing an MBA in HR management.
