Whitney is a Recruiter with over 9 years of experience. Prior to working at ARI, Whitney was a Technical Recruiter at Amazon, responsible for recruiting for open positions, researching and advising on sourcing strategy, and driving candidate engagement. Prior to this, Whitney was a Technical Acquisition Specialist at Eppendorf, where her duties included recruiting, onboarding, employee training, and policy development and implementation. Whitney has implemented numerous ATS and HRIS systems, developed robust recruitment process’, and placed hundreds of of niche roles in all different businesses and departments.
Whitney graduated from Asnuntuck Community College with an Associate degree. She is currently attending Western Governors University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
