Madonna Place provides services which strengthen families, promotes health, and helps prevent child abuse and neglect.

Gifts of Love Annual Charity Golf Tournament

ARI employees attended Gifts of Love’s 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament!

Gifts of Love helps individuals and families who have faced a short-term crisis in their life by assisting them with food, clothes, and energy assistance to allow them to use their income on necessities such as rent, car repairs, and medications.

Junior Achievement of Southwest New England Breakfast

ARI employees attended the Junior Achievement of Southwest New England‘s PIA (Partners in Achievement) Breakfast! JA’s mission is to ensure every student in Connecticut is empowered to take responsibility for their personal finances and explore their career hopes and dreams.

CCADV First 100 Breakfast and Award Ceremony

ARI employees attended CT Coalition Against Domestic Violence‘s 13th annual First 100 Breakfast and Award Ceremony to honor 100 leaders working to improve outcomes for survivors accross Connecticut.

CBIA’s Women’s Leadership Summit

Several of ARI’s female managers recently attended CBIA‘s annual women’s leadership summit, When Women Lead! They listened as women shared their experience  in the workplace and how many women have transformed the Connecticut’s business landscape.

Team Celebration

ARI employees enjoyed a night of dinner and bingo to celebrate our Year-End Team Celebration!

Toy Drive

During this season of thanks, ARI employees demonstrated their generosity by supporting a Toy Drive for All Our Kids, Inc. (AOK).

AOK is a non-profit located in Western Massachusetts that supports about 300 children. Their mission to  empower foster and adoptive families.

ARI employees demonstrated their generosity, again, by donating gifts to House of Bread’s students and their families.

House of Bread offers food, housing, shelter, and education and serves about 2,000 people every day!

Discovering Amistad’s Appreciation Cruise

ARI employees sailed aboard the Freedom Schooner Amistad with Discovering Amistad during their Appreciation Cruise! Discovering Amistad is a non-profit organization that teaches lessons of the 1839 Amistad Uprising to advance racial and social justice.

Volunteering at Midwest Foodbank

Earlier this year, twenty of ARI’s employees volunteered at the Midwest Food Bank in Manchester, CT where we packaged 1,222 pounds of food!

ARI’s Open House

ARI hosted an open house in October where clients mingled with our talented staff of accountants and HR professionals. Attendees also toured our new expanded office space.

Toast of the Town Fundraiser

WFSB Channel 3’s Scott Haney helped honor Sister Maureen and Theresa, founders of House of Bread, for their 43 years of dedication at the Toast of the Town Fundraiser. Two of ARI’s employees attended.

JA Office Warriors

ARI employees participated in Junior Achievement of Southwest New England‘s JA Office Warriors to help raise money for young people in Connecticut. This year, ARI’s team won the gold medal.

Knox’s 3rd Annual Classic Golf Tournament

ARI employees attended Knox, Inc.’s third annual Knox Classic Golf Tournament: Fore! Greener Hartford at Keeney Park.

Proceeds from the tournament helped to support Knox’s many programs, including workforce development, community gardens, and planting hundreds of trees each year.

Glastonbury Earth Day

In honor of Earth Day, ARI employees got to work cleaning up trash at Riverfront Park during the “Pitch In! Help Keep Glastonbury Beautiful” event.

CBIA’s When Women Lead

ARI’s employees attended CBIA’s “When Women Lead” conference at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, where they heard many women discuss their career paths and share their journey to success.

Dress Down for Charity

ARI organizes an employee jeans day fund in which employees pay each week to wear jeans on Fridays. This money is collected and donated each quarter to one of our clients.

In August 2023, ARI visited Connecticut Children’s Alliance to donate $500 from our Employee Jeans Day. CT Children’s Alliance’s mission is to prevent and end child abuse.

In May 2023 , ARI visited Association of Religious Communities (ARC) to donate $500 from our Employee Jeans Day. ARC is a non-profit organization that strives to alleviate the cause of violence, suffering, and hate while advancing peace, justice, and human dignity. Every Friday, ARC hosts a food pantry for individuals in need.

In December 2023, ARI visited Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury to donate $1,000. Safe Haven provides emergency shelter and support for victims of domestic violence.

 

Donation to House of Bread

Our employees demonstrated their generosity by donating a trunk load of non-perishable food items to House of Bread, a valued ARI client. We understand that food insecurity is challenging but is something we can affect.
