Anthony Fiorenza

Anthony joins ARI as an HR Generalist with experience in supporting HR functions across diverse industries. He specializes in employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, and benefits administration. Anthony has worked with both small and large organizations, helping to streamline HR processes and foster positive workplace cultures. Most recently, he has served as an HR Generalist at CTS, where he acts as a subject matter expert for multiple systems, while collaborating with leadership on organizational changes, policy updates, and employee engagement initiatives. Previously, Anthony worked for Amazon, where he focused on employee relation strategies and enhancing employee engagement programs.

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University. He also holds a Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking Certification from Kenzie Academy.
