HR Manager

Jeannine Shifflett joins ARI as an HR Manager with 10 years of experience in providing strategic HR support to senior leadership, including performance management, employee relations, and talent management. Jeannine has designed and implemented people-focused programs and processes including wellness initiatives, career path and succession planning, employee engagement surveys, and performance appraisals. Throughout her career, Jeannine has been a valued partner to Executive and Leadership teams and has led teams executing and supervising key Human Resources functions including onboarding and offboarding, performance management system implementation, learning and development program coordination, and compliance initiatives.
Most recently, Jeannine served as Vice President, People & Policy Operations at Staffing 360 Solutions, where she led a team overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace violence prevention programs, while collaborating with legal counsel, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to support organizational needs. In this role, she also provided HR support to clients in a range of industries and sectors across 50 states.
Jeannine earned a Master of Arts in Public History and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Central Connecticut State University and holds a Human Resources Certificate from Post University. She holds the SHRM-CP certification and is a Certified Professional Coach, with additional certifications including OSHA-10 and Thomas International assessments.
