Kyle joins ARI as a HR Administrator with over 7 years of experience in HR supporting companies across several industries including retail, travel, and IT. She has experience in benefit administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Kyle has helped supported small and large business as well as both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining ARI, Kyle worked for American Cruise Lines as a Lead Talent Experience Coordinator and Charles IT as an HR Generalist.
