Lana Wentland
Senior Manager
Lana serves as Senior Accounting Manager at ARI, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit accounting and financial leadership. She has extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and financial analysis, supporting organizations with complex operational and regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining ARI, Lana served as Controller for Wellmore Behavioral Health, a private nonprofit behavioral health and substance use provider with nine locations throughout Connecticut. In this role, she led key financial functions and supported organizational growth and sustainability.
Earlier in her career, Lana spent 16 years at Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc., one of the largest behavioral healthcare providers in Connecticut, where she advanced through multiple financial leadership roles.
Lana holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a certificate in Forensic Accounting.
