Accounts Payable
Mary is an Accounts Payable Specialist whose responsibilities include payroll, receivables, payables and reporting processes for non-profits and small businesses. She has more than 22 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, working in a wide range of industries, including non-profit organizations, newspaper publishing firms, condominium associations, rehabilitation centers, pharmaceutical marketing, restaurants, retail, repairs and recycling businesses. Prior to joining ARI, Mary worked for Robert Half and KForce as well as several other privately-owned companies.
Mary graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She also earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Bryant University. Mary furthered her finance studies online through Walden University, excelling in advanced level coursework with a heavy emphasis on writing and business skills.
Mary views the time she spends in community service as a privilege, a joy, and a way to give back. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors for Brainerd Memorial Library, having served as Controller, Treasurer and currently as vice president. She chairs the Planning and Development Committee and sits on the Finance Committee.
