Stephen Quint

Stephen is a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Accounting Resources, Inc. He has over a decade of experience in the human resources field, supporting small and mid-sized organizations across a variety of industries. Stephen advises leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, and multi-state compliance, helping organizations remain compliant while building strong, effective teams.

Prior to joining ARI, Stephen held progressive HR leadership roles as a Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist, partnering closely with business leaders on HR strategy, compensation planning, change management, and complex employee relations matters. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in HR operations and compliance, as well as frontline people leadership, giving him a well-rounded and practical perspective on workplace challenges.

Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
