Ali DiFlorio

Ali DiFlorio has built her career at Accounting Resources, Inc. (ARI), joining the firm in 2011 after earning a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Rhode Island. Through a combination of dedication, leadership, and a commitment to client service, she advanced from an entry-level accounting role to Vice President and member of ARI’s leadership team.

Ali works with many nonprofit and for-profit organizations across a diverse range of industries, including startups, construction, real estate and property management, hospitality, and entertainment. She is known for building strong, lasting client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams and boards.

As co-leader of ARI’s Continuous Improvement Team, Ali helps drive initiatives focused on process optimization, technology adoption, and enhancing the client experience. She is passionate about developing people, strengthening operations, and fostering innovation that supports both organizational growth and exceptional client service.

Outside of ARI, Ali serves as Treasurer of the Capital Child Development Center Board of Directors, reflecting her commitment to strengthening nonprofit organizations both professionally and within the community.
