Nick Calovich

Nick joins ARI with 14 years of experience as a strategic and results-driven HR leader, with a proven track record of building and transforming HR functions to drive business success. He has held human resources roles across many industries including cybersecurity, professional services, retail, and consulting organizations, supporting both U.S. and global workforces. Throughout his career, Nick has led talent management, overseen performance management, compensation structures, and benefits, ensured compliance with global employment laws, and implemented HR technology platforms.
Most recently, Nick served as Global Head of Human Resources at RSA (NetWitness), where he developed and executed global HR strategies and spearheaded organizational restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations from Assumption College. He holds a SHRM certification and brings international HR experience, including work in Japan, along with intermediate Japanese language proficiency.
