Valerie Cinkovic
HR Manager
Valerie is a Human Resources Manager at Accounting Resources, Inc. She has been working in the human resources field for over 10 years, most recently with growing businesses, advising them on HR issues in order to both maintain compliance with all areas of state, federal and local law, and to proactively avoid legal minefields.
Prior to joining ARI, she worked as the Principal Consultant of VMC Consulting, advising businesses in the areas of employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, and strategic planning. She also held a senior level position for the Healthcare Innovations Division of Almost Family, Inc. While in this role for 3 years, she advised division leadership in the areas of legal compliance, risk management, employee relations, HR policies, and succession planning.
She is a graduate of Boston University and Suffolk University Law School.
