Haley Schalk
HR Generalist
Haley is a Human Resources Generalist with experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Haley is experienced in benefits administration, employee engagement, employee relations, and general HR administration. At ARI, Haley helps to create policies and procedures, understand state and federal compliance, and provide full-service HR Generalist support to clients in addition to other matters. Prior to joining ARI, Haley was an HR Specialist at USA Waste & Recycling and an HR Generalist at Perception Programs, Inc.
Haley graduated with her undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University before receiving her Master of Science in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
